Refund and Cancellation Policy:

If you enter any of QSMSports' events and need to withdraw, the following policy is in place:
• If you wish to withdraw 45 days or more out from the event you will receive a full refund minus a $5 admin fee.
• If you wish to withdraw 30-44 days out from the event you will receive a refund minus $15 admin fee
• If you wish to withdraw 21-29 days out from the event you will receive a 75% of your entry fee
• If you wish to withdraw 14-20 days out from the event you will receive 50% of your entry fee
• If you wish to withdraw 13 or less days out you are not entitled to a refund.
